Sylvia, many thanks for your e mail. The critical thing is that the 'creditors' vote. Clearly there isn't room for 5,500 season ticket holders to attend the meeting. The ideal therefore would be that season ticket holders/creditors either return their proxy in favour of the CVA or alternatively they send a representative group of individuals with duly signed proxies. I will talk to Rick about getting this message out to as many people as possible.

Dear Peter,
At our Senior Greens meeting today the question of the attendance of Creditors at next Fridays' meeting for the CVA was discussed and we were told that it is very important that as many as possible can be there to agree to the terms of settlements. To be honest I was not going to go but now realise that if you do not get the required 75% it could have a disastrous effect on PAFC hence most of our members will now endeavour to attend. Can we present our season tickets as proof that we are in fact Creditors since a lot of people have 'lost' the letters which were sent out? Will you be publicising how important it is for Creditors to attend in the local press and can anything be done on line? My apologies for bothering you with this question but know you will have the answer which I can pass on to some of our members. Thanks for your help. Yours sincerely, Sylvia
